Thank You, Zette!

"You may not know that Lazette Gifford personally runs and maintains the Forward Motion and Vision website, with only a bit of help from the other moderators. She pays for the whole thing out of pocket, with money she doesn't really have. And mostly, nobody ever says thank you. She gets a lot of mail complaining that the site isn't perfect or yelling at her for stuff that's out of her control. She mostly doesn't complain back.

"So to try to give her some positive reinforcement and good karma, we (some of the FM mods) are planning to surprise her with a Zette Appreciation Day."

Oh -- and she finds time to write and sell.
